Payment policy

De Nieuwe Couture accepts all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) and Ideal payment. All payments made on www.deniuewecouture.com on behalf of NS ART performed through a secure server. No payment details are recorded by De Nieuwe Couture. Once confirmation of payment has been received, proof of purchase and tracking details will be sent via postal service

Shipping policy

Netherlands: All deliveries (except stretched canvas) within the Netherlands will be posted free of charge through PostNL. Please allow 5-6 working days for delivery. If there is any unexpected delay to your order you will be notified by email

International: All international deliveries will be charged according to Post NL track and trace fees. Dispatch is 1-3 working days. Once it has been posted you will be notified of your tracking details by email.

 

Returns and exchange policy

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for full reimbursement or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation.

Items must be returned in the same state to which you received it, undamaged and all packaging and tags attached.

De Nieuwe Couture is not responsible for any return delivery costs. Please email nadine@deniuewecouture.com to begin the returns process.

 

Refund policy

De NeiuewCouture do not accept refunds of any kind outside of the returns policy

 

Repair policy

Clothing is meant to be loved through wear and thorough care! We offer a free repair of any De Nieuwe Couture piece. Please email nadine@denieuecouture.com for further details

Quality control
De Nieuwe Couture is a campaigner of the Circular economy movement. We believe in reusing, recycling and remaking things to live a new life, therefore the fabric we use in our fashion products are up-cycled to create your one of a kind piece. Some pieces may appear to have a 'worn look', please contact our customer service if you have any questions regarding these pieces. Each piece will come with exact care instructions to follow. Colors may vary from website to real life. If you would like to see the colors in real life please book an appointment.
